Semicon India 2025 to Showcase Global and Domestic Semiconductor Strengths
The three-day Semicon India 2025 event will highlight India’s growing capabilities and ambitions in the microelectronics and semiconductor value chain.
Addressing a press conference in New Delhi yesterday, S. Krishnan, Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, announced that for the first time, the exhibition will feature four international pavilions representing Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia.
The event will host 350 exhibiting companies from 18 countries and regions, along with the participation of nine Indian states.
Mr. Krishnan emphasized that Semicon India 2025 aims to catalyze global collaboration, promote domestic innovation, and strengthen India’s position as a trusted, scalable, and competitive electronics manufacturing hub.
A special highlight will be the Semiconductor Design Startup Pavilion, dedicated to showcasing innovation-led chip design enterprises and supporting India’s push toward building a world-class semiconductor ecosystem.
